Help plan and execute an end-of-year celebration for our 5th graders.

Interface and coordinate between the vendors and the Encinal office. Ensure compliance with our vendor contacts. Aggregate school vendors each trimester and communicate options to parents at time of registration.

Encinal families helping Encinal families: support Encinal families in need throughout the year and particularly during the holidays with gift cards for holiday meals and presents.

ENSpire Lab
Oversee Encinal's ENSpire Lab operations.

Coordinates the Encinal Garden Program including: maintaining the site, assigning garden plots to classrooms, organizing classroom parent leads, and compiling lesson options. Ensure parent-volunteers have the resources and supplies they need to give garden class to students.

Musicals
The musical chair coordinates rehearsal schedules, supports the costume and vendor teams, and works closely with the director.

Work with Encinal staff to promote and enhance pedestrian, bicycle, and car safety on and near campus. Represent Encinal within the citywide Parents for Safe Routes organization.

Manage spirit wear inventory and sell spirit wear at Encinal community events.

Coordinate with the various leagues, manage games schedules, organize tryouts, support coaches, arrange gym access, and oversee sports equipment.

Maintains Encinal PTO website content.

Plan and design the annual yearbook including supplier management, content, layout, ordering, and distribution. Volunteers also work as class and event photographers to ensure that all students and events are represented in the yearbook.
